Within two weeks, in accordance with our client’s request for constituting a dedicated resource model within its vicinity, Bioviser hired and onboarded 20 full-time associates for the ICSR process in a newly founded office in Mumbai. Our executive team was earnestly and intimately involved in the appointing process as well as the daily tracking of ICSRs.
The pilot phase included 2000 cases that had to be processed in a short window of time. Consequently, Bioviser conducted regular meetings to collaboratively and competently resolve challenges linked to coding, expectation of case entry, medical assessment, and resource planning.
